2PL&Y is a unique opportunity to come together and play prototypes from various game designers. As a play tester you will be able to play prototypes and provide valuable feedback that will help shape future board games. No experience as a play tester required.

Be among the first to try an array of strategizing, tile placing, dungeon crawling, worker placing, racing, deck building, resource managing, tableau making, card drafting and classic board gaming. Your valuable input will help shape the future for local board game developers.

What to expect on event day

Play test titles

Headway: Strategic card-overlapping game. Control a skeleton that's fallen apart! Use your loose bones and all their unique abilities to maneuver around the table and drink your opponents Mojo (2, 4, or 6 players)

BLOCKADE: Strategic team-based board game. Teams of 2 work together to advance their Counters towards the Border and fill in their Tower spaces to claim victory (4 players)

Court of Whispers: Hidden-objective, meeple-placement game. Spread resources, keep the nation in balance and remain in the shadows (2-4 players)

Stagecraft: Tableau building, worker placement game. Take the role of broadway musical songwriters trying to make the best musical (2-4 players)

Kitchen Kingdom: A chaotic game where strategy, skill, and luck collide in the battle to become the next King of the Kitchen (2 - 6 Players)

Empire’s End: A Twist on the classic engine building board game. Players compete for renown, by manipulating the imperial political system (4 players)

Flip down the door: A dungeon exploration game. As a group of greedy adventurers you plunder a dungeon trying to find your gold and leave before everyone else (2-4 players)

Kaiju Conquest: An asymmetric strategy game of alien invasion and battles between giant mecha and monsters (2 player)

Corporate squabble for control of the world: A competitive cyberpunk card game. Players draft and deploy operatives, media assets, and security forces to seize control of key city locations ( 2 or 4 Players)

Titan Tactica: A modern reimagining of the 80’s Avalon Hill fantasy wargame in which you command a legion of mythical creatures— centaurs, unicorns, wyverns, giants, and more! (2 Player)

"The Brutish Are Coming”: A dark fantasy resource management game where players must make imperfect plans using limited information (2-5 players)

Firmcraft: Manipulate stocks, seize corporate control, and bankrupt your rivals! A high-stakes financial battle where deck-building meets market simulation (2 - 4 Players)

Coupon Clippers: Compete with your friend and family and prove that savviest shopper by snagging the best deals at the grocery store. (2-5 players)
